Contact online service or the technical hotline. Most software and configuration issues can be resolved remotely.

Submit Ticket

If RMA is required, submit a ticket to obtain an RMA number and return address.

Return for Inspection

Return the unit according to the RMA instructions. Return freight is borne by the customer, and we will inspect and locate the fault.

Repair & Return

Covered repairs are completed and returned free of charge. Out-of-warranty repairs proceed after quotation confirmation.
